Job Purpose:

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company values and model servant leadership to colleagues, customers and the public.
- Experience with high level of SKU’s.
- Experience with inventory software and Bill of Materials.
- Solutions oriented and ability to motivate staff.
- Maintain complete customer satisfaction when dealing with customers from time to time.
- Draft, update and maintain documentation of all processes and procedures within office environment.
- Develop and conduct productivity reports to help evaluate each department’s performance
- Assist in developing training material for all departments.
- Ability to identify problems, and through respectful interactions, will assist in coming up with innovative solutions.
- Drive process improvement by recognizing, communicating and acting on opportunities
- Coordinates with leadership to interface with client and handle account management issues.
- Establishes performance objectives for supervisors and direct reports.
- Will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Commensurate with experience.
