Our company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This position provides an opportunity with a long-term, established sound, security, and video surveillance company who provides a family oriented and friendly environment. We serve commercial businesses, healthcare facilities, Houses of Worship and schools. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. You will also be recruiting, when necessary, helping to promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.
 
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with leadership team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Enforce regulatory and safety standards
 
Operations Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Ability to build relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.

Job Type: Full-time.
 
Pay: $45,000 – 75,000 per year.
