What you’ll do

• Lead and facilitate sponsored initiatives impacting all stores, working with key business partners to drive results
• Evaluate project status, resource utilization, and implementation of changes to improve the implementation effectiveness
• Proactively manage the migration issues and risks including working cross-functionally to resolve and address issues, roadblocks, and obstacles that impede the success of the project
• Develop communication plans and communicate the appropriate level of information (status, issues, risks, decisions etc.) to project Operations, sponsors, and senior staff
• Partner with Marcomm (Marketing communication team) to ensure store operations receive accurate and timely communication
• Act as Operations liaison on cross-departmental projects ensuring Operations provide input

• Ensuring the delivery of value-added, high-quality, and proactive support on a consistent basis
• The ability to support employees in their efforts to achieve job goals by providing resources, removing obstacles, and acting as a buffer

Other key requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in project management preferred
• Experience working in a retail environment preferably in the Convenience store industry
