Scope of Position
The Hiring Manager will serve as a key operational asset to the on-site branch leadership team by overseeing key transactional functions for onsite activities including new hire onboarding, serving as a liaison with Operations to target daily recruitment efforts, and assist with the distribution of uniforms. This onsite role must foster positive relationships with candidates, branch team members and functional leaders throughout the organization.
.Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, tactical and operational guidance to local onboarding and recruitment teams in a player/coach role
- Ensure all required information is completed as part of the required new hire onboarding by adhering to labor and employment laws at both a state and federal level.
- Partner with branch Operational leaders to target daily efforts toward mission-critical deliverables as it relates to hiring efforts.
- Participates in daily, weekly and monthly reporting at a branch and corporate level.
- Operate fluidly in a matrixed reporting relationship into functional departments to ensure technical guidance, professional development and appropriate staffing resources.
- Handle and prioritize a range of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- Input and adherence to required timekeeping for team members, participate in required performance management efforts and serve as a positive, influential leader.
- Performs other duties as assigned at a branch or corporate level.
Minimum Qualifications, or related experience.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desired
- Working knowledge of labor and employment practices; demonstrated knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements

- Ability to stand/walk for up to 5-6 hours a day as required
