Operations General Manager
The Operations General Manager acts as overall lead, manager, and administrator for all efforts of the company LLC. The Operations General Manager will Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of company. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operations General Manager: $160,000 to $190,000 annually.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Operations General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and recommends technical and management solutions to technical problems that arise during project execution to the individual project managers.
- Accountable for LLC operational and financial performance – P&L, Margins, and cost-effectiveness
- Responsible for implementing controls over spending and procurements to ensure adherence to the company budget.
- Provide leadership and assistance to their team members.
- Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that services are being provided efficiently and effectively; takes corrective action as necessary; personally, handles the most difficult, sensitive, or controversial projects for the division.
- Formulate company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for business planning, operational excellence.
- Plans for the use of materials and human resources.
- Assist with development of solutions to operational challenges.
- Requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build internal/external relationships.
- Understands the technical problems and can formulate the best resources to resolve and complete technical issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track the performance and achievements of the employees as well of the entire company.
- Responsible for matters related to finance and transactions are within his supervision.
- Prepares contracts and bids; estimates costs and makes schedules; and ensures projects stay within budget. Negotiate contract renewals/extensions with existing customers.
- Resolve all customer concerns directly or through direct reports and provide feedback to management.
- Provide regular updates to the President and / or the Sr. VP Chief Operating Officer of CNB Services Division on customer/department issues.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Operations General Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in senior management positions within the contracting industry. DoD or Federal experience preferred.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Must have good analytical skills, attention to details, leadership, self-motivation, and organization skills.
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of best practice, trends, and developments relating to performance improvement.
- Ability to self-direct in a challenging and ambiguous environment is required.
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships in cross-cultural environment with team members at all levels of the company.
- Must be good communication, listening, project management skills.
- Will require occasional travel by car or plane.
