Operations Extractions Support Tech

Golden Trends is an Oklahoma-grown CO2 cannabis processor that creates consistent cannabis experiences for patients. We started on our cannabis journey with the goal of bringing new experiences in alternative medicine to our fellow Okies.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-minded individual to join our operations team. This individual will help the team with THC material prep, extraction, refinement, product packaging, sample prep, and data reporting.

This is a full-time position that will support multiple departments by handling raw material, supporting extraction processes, post-extraction refinement, infused product production, and R&D.

For the right individual this position has a lot of growth potential as the business expands and opportunities increase.

Primary Duties:

• Support our Extraction and Refinement Department’s Production Goals
• Material prep
• Handle raw THC material and prepare it for extraction
• Refinement activities
• Winterization, filtration, roto vaping, and distillation
• Maintain the operation and cleanliness of the rotary and filtration stations.
• Update and Maintain Tracking and Reporting Systems
• Be comfortable working within a Windows environment
• i.e. MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Be comfortable using mathematical formulas in a timely and accurate manner
• Be comfortable and confident in managing electronic tracking/reporting systems in a time sensitive manner
• Ability to Safely Handle Material
• You will be expected to handle and transfer material at both high and low temperatures while using provided PPE.
• You will be expected to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Excellent time management and ability to pivot with the changing needs of the business
• This position will be supporting multiple disciplines within the business, it is imperative that this individual be able to communicate well within the team and with leadership, regarding expectations and prioritization.

• Understanding of or ability to learn general OMMA regulations, safe working practices and food handling
• Interest and ability to learn internal laboratory sampling/testing processes and procedures
• Punctuality is imperative, we work as a team and you will be expected to report to work on time and ready to perform your expected duties.

Education and Experience:

·High School or College Graduate .

Physical Demands:

· Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms

· Communicate both verbally and written.

· Frequently required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

· Occasionally required to stand; climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch

· Exposure to dust, odors, high noise levels, allergens, pollens, and other irritants requiring proper PPE usage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
