Role Overview: Join us as a dynamic and experienced Operator, and play a pivotal role in our journey. Your leadership will be key in enhancing operational efficiencies, steering our team towards excellence, and making strategic decisions that align with our company's growth plans. You will be instrumental in scaling our business, optimizing our lead generation strategies, and overseeing our acquisition, funding management, and financial reporting processes. Utilizing strong leadership, initiative, and leading by example to maintain an engaged, productive, and growth-minded team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to and support the CEO in the total leadership and strategic operation of the company.
• Oversee operations, streamlining processes for efficient scaling.
• Lead AI and CRM integration to enhance employee performance.
• Inspire the team, fostering a culture of positivity and growth.
• Ensure accountability, setting, and meeting established KPIs.
• Oversee talent acquisition and conduct performance evaluations.
• Make strategic day-to-day decisions.
• Optimize lead generation and manage acquisition oversight.
• Coordinate funding and conduct financial analysis.
• Supervise transaction management and maintain vendor relations.
• Manage asset enhancement projects and oversee marketing strategies.
• Maintain the EOS system, ensuring team accountability.

We're Looking For:

• A strategic thinker with a strong decision-making capability.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, COO (Chief Operations Officer), Operations Director, Operations Expert, or Operator. Real Estate Investment experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, motivating teams towards exceptional results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
