Tesla is seeking a curious, engaging, and driven Operations Coordinator to join the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will manage learning program logistics and support the implementation and delivery of instructor-led and eLearning training programs for internal Collision Centers and Tesla Approved Collision Centers (external). You have a customer service-oriented mindset and love to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Organize, maintain, document, and facilitate operational and coordination processes and procedures to ensure a world class experience for onboarding and continuing education for employees and vendors
- Manage course and program logistics, including but not limited to communication, catering, purchase orders, shipping, badge provisioning, and travel booking
- Track and coordinate training schedules and collaborate on master calendar across all programs
- Set up courses, programs and learning paths in learning management system(s)
- Provide learning management system (LMS) and course support, including troubleshooting and reporting issues
- Develop models, reports and dashboards to track training program performance and support other department activities, as needed
- Any additional responsibilities as needed and assigned
- Experience with learning content development and deployment
- Understanding of tracking and measuring training compliance
- Experience providing excellent customer service and managing concurrent projects or products
- Ability to manage time and quickly respond to tickets
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- 25% travel domestically and international based on business needs
- Capable of lifting 50lbs and driving a forklift , and must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$68,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
