Job Summary

  • Coordinate daily equipment needs. Ensure equipment paperwork process is complete from start to finish.
  • Work daily with estimators, support staff, shop staff and operations group when the respective group is in need of additional support to advance projects or in house initiatives.
  • Perform chemical ordering, mixing, and blending activities. Responsible for taking samples during the blending process and during return, if necessary.
  • Ensure SDS’s are available and current on all chemical/products at the North Shop.
  • Service, maintain, repair, and test equipment/tools as needed and instructed in the shop. Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment, as needed.
  • Perform particle counting in compliance with SAE and NAS standards.
  • Assist with in-house PPC projects.
  • Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams for projects and bids.
  • Prepare training documentation and preform training of field personnel.
  • Assist District Managers with managing all project overflow (manage transactional type projects independently).
  • Assist President with managing in-house projects.
  • Assist Shop Manager/Project Manager with entry of equipment into software system through life cycle of project.
  • Participate in on-call rotations. Available for weekend and after-hours work.
  • Develop Standard Operational Procedures for departmental needs.
  • Coordinate daily equipment needs. Ensure equipment paperwork is complete from start to finish.
  • Entry of equipment into software system (pre-job, throughout job, and post-job), and onto the server.
  • Notify Project Managers of any issues with equipment departing or returning from a project.
  • Assist Estimators in bid preparation for submission to clients.
  • Ability to perform field services across all divisions within capacity as directed and in accordance with specific project work plan, procedures, and/or standard operating procedures.
  • Load/ unload equipment.
  • Service, maintain, repair, and test equipment/ tools as needed and instructed in the shop.
  • Coordinate 3rd party equipment ordering and returns.
  • Comply with all company policies (Safety, Quality, general, SOP’s, etc).
  • Complete knowledge of equipment and capabilities of that equipment and processes
  • Able to perform demanding physical labor in hot/cold environments and offshore.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Respectful and professional to co-workers and clients.
  • Will perform work in the field both on land and offshore on an as needed basis as a Service Technician.
  • Report to Lead Service Technician and/or Service Supervisors when working in the field for other departments.
  • Lead/Supervise crews in field when called upon to do so for PPI department.
  • Valid Class “D” Driver’s License, or greater.
  • Assist District Manager with operations reporting for shop rotation and project schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
