Elevate is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to help run our service delivery center located in Phoenix, Arizona. You will serve as the office administrator and perform a variety of administrative duties to support colleagues and executives. You will be communicating directly with our associates, customers, and business partners, and in doing so must represent Elevate at the highest level. This is a part-time role at 15-20 hours per week in the office.
Specifically, the Operations Coordinator will
- Handle office administration requirements including serving as receptionist, receiving and sending deliveries, procuring and handling supplies, managing third-party vendors, coordinating IT support, general office upkeep, and handling office announcements.
- Provide administrative support to members of Elevates' Executive Management Team (located locally and remote), including calendar management, expense report submission, document processing, purchasing approvals, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the local Chair for Elevates' Associate engagement and corporate social responsibility program - Reach. This includes facilitating committee meetings, writing newsletter articles, organizing office activities,and managing program spending and budgets.
- Support employee onboarding activities including new hire orientation, technology and workstation setup, interview scheduling, team introductions, company induction, and schedule coordination.
- Support event planning efforts including happy hours, volunteer activities, guest visits, office luncheons, management retreats, and annual holiday parties.
Experience
- 3+ years of office management or executive administrative experience.

Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
- Aptitude to quickly learn and efficiently use new software and cloud based products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
- The pay rate for this part-time, in-person role is $20/hour.
