This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must have open availability Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (EST/CST preferred).
Pay starting at $19/hr.
- Provide support to clinical staff on use of operational systems via phone, email, teleconference, and in-person
- Prepare and validate data in operational systems for internal and external audits
- Assist with the maintenance and distribution of client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Run reports on operational metrics
- Attend regular meetings with Operations Manager
- Serve as a “floater” to other departments within the autism division
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary, including participation in special projects and meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of two years customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, with a proven ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Physical Requirements:
- On occasion, must be able to travel to multiple locations including on and off site for meetings, seminars, team building activities, and trainings.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 35 pounds.
- Must be able to grasp, seize, hold and turn objects; reach over head and at above or below shoulder level to retrieve or utilize materials; pull, push, open and close drawers, cabinets or doors.
