OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Associate to join its team at our Wynn location.

As an Operations Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Operations Manager in operational functions, proactively encourage the achievement of objectives and ensure the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

In this role you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand. This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail back-of-house environment and a curiosity about contributing their skill and knowledge of operations, stock, repairs and after sales. To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, love problem-solving, is detail oriented and approaches all issues proactively. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
