Description
We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week full-time, which would include covering a weekend shift once per month as needed. This is primarily a WORK-FROM-HOME position with monthly in-person meetings.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Reports to the Director of Operations and provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations in collaboration with other departments, including but not limited to client relations and human resources
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems
- Provide phone support and assists with client requests, inquiries, or student pairings
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
- Drafts and edits spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
- Inputs information and perform tasks in operating system and databases
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes
- Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or meetings
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
- Oversees the ongoing maintenance of company accounts
- Ensures payroll is accurate and records are maintained
- Reconciles accounts including receivable and payable
- Audits information for inconsistencies, process answer sheets, etc.
- Assists with inventory management, ordering materials, and mail
- Communicates promptly with staff and clients via email in a professional manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft products
- Experience with both Google and Apple products/applications
- Basic administrative experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Professional and warm phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through
- Quick response time
- Home office setup (computer, scanner/printer, reliable internet connection, etc.) and ability to work well from home
- Ability/Flexibility to drive to meetings

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Familiarity with standardized testing and the college application process
- Prior HR and/or accounting experience
- Prior experience with Monday.com
Salary
$25 - $30 per hour
