Operations Architecture Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator Role will primarily reach out to JJ Vision application owners globally to help them understand and analyze their applications' lifecycle, then document it into the Pharmaceutical Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system, MINI. The candidate will guide them in updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system in our bespoke Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) system, Asset Management. This person will also Drive ALM activities, patching, and compliance with Pharmaceutical enterprise initiatives.
Adheres to Pharmaceutical policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives
1. Schedule and host meetings with Application owners to accomplish item I. above.
2. Ensure application landscape is accurate and complete in CMDB
3. Assist application owners, if necessary, to enter information in the CMDB and Asset Management
4. Assist application owners navigate the decommissioning, archiving, upgrading, and patching systems servers and databases.
5. Work with application owners to determine the best ALM direction based on business need and infrastructure/software obsolesce.
6. Enter ALM plans (above #5) in MINI system
7. Assist application owners budget and engage relevant Pharmaceutical teams including: Archive, Decommission, Upgrade, Windows, Linux, Database, Cloud, etc...
8. Track project tasks and reporting via project dashboards and Project tools.
9. Receives general direction; work in progress is reviewed routinely.
Minimum experience (number of month/years and type of work experience beyond formal education) required for competent performance:
10. Entry Level
11. Skilled in leading people to get work done without direct authority
12. Basic understand of how applications run on Windows and Linux servers and databases cloud infrastructure
13. Highly Skilled in Excel Teams Outlook and MS Office products.
14. Windows Laptop
15. Must be onsite 3-4 days a week
16. Occasional Flexible hours to coincide with international time zones.
