Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper warehouse management practices
- Ensure order fulfillment meets quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals
- Answer customer support calls, emails and inquiries
- Assist management with inventory production
- Open and willing to learn and grow with the company
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
- Familiarity with order fulfillment procedures and quality control standards
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Confidence in answering incoming customer calls, and
