We are searching for an Operations Analyst to join our collaborative team based in Chicago. The Operations Analyst will report to the People and Operations Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team's weekly priorities and organizational-wide projects. This position is instrumental in rolling out new processes and tooling, ensuring adherence to policies, and assisting in managing office and team events. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Weekly Priorities Management: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to organize and manage the weekly priorities list, ensuring all tasks are tracked, updated, and reported accurately across the organization.
- Project Management: Lead and support organization-wide projects, including the implementation of new processes and tools. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Policy Enforcement: Assist in the development and enforcement of new policies, ensuring they are communicated clearly and adopted across the organization.
- Event Management: Work closely with the People and Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute office and team events, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on various operational aspects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding project statuses, policy updates, and event details.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operational practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software and the Microsoft Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
