The Sec & Derivat Intmd Assoc Analyst
seeks a candidate for the Confirmations team. The successful candidate for this role will primarily be tasked with generating confirmations for new trades executed daily and dispatching timely to counterparties, meeting regulatory imposed timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Legal, Credit and Trading as necessary to ensure that confirmations reflect the terms of the deal executed• Daily monitoring and handling of ICE eConfirm electronic matching confirmation process• Review incoming confirmations from counterparties and discuss any non-standard clauses with Legal prior to execution• Chase counterparties for outstanding confirmations not received in a timely manner• Perform reporting duties (daily, weekly, and monthly)• Develop a technical understanding of supporting applications and architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and involvement in testing• Perform User Acceptance Testing as necessary to ensure all proposed system releases and enhancements are fit for purpose

Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
