We have been a leader in the Fashion and Apparel software industry for 40 years. We are seeking an Operations Administrator for our Fashion Technology division; BlueCherry.

The ideal candidate is looking for career progression and growth. We provide training. In this role, you will learn and master the back-office operations of how our Fashion Technology division runs.
Fashion industry experience and/or Fashion related degree is a big plus.
The Operations Administrator will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of our Fashion Technology team.
- Coordinate and help manage client project back-office administration.
- Work with internal finance to coordinate time and billing services.
- Manage internal consultants and external contractors time and schedules.
- Maintain financial, employee and client records.
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: 45-50K
