Job Description
We are currently looking for Operations Administrator for a Global Manufacturer of electronic vehicle charging stations. This is a temp to hire position with an opportunity to grow within the company.
● Coordinate new hire onboarding activities. These consist of, but not limited to the following. Facility Tour, Locker / Lock assignments, badge request / issuance, etc.
● Updating data for metrics board and posting data on the SQPED board at specified intervals.
● Coordinate activities to ensure Employee Comfort Zone has required supplies.
● Compiling data for reporting requirements.
● Coordinate service appointments for company fleet vehicles.
● Retrieve mail from central location and distribute as required.
● Creating new data files for KPI review. Archiving completed files.
● Submit required information to initiate EVBox NDA process.
● Assist the different cross functional managers with Admin related activities.
● Any other duties assigned.
Education requirements
● High school Diploma or GED
Experience requirements
● 1-2 years experience in an administrative role or similar experience
● Intermediate Proficiency at MS Office package.
● Experience with SAP ERP system is an advantage.
Physical requirements
● Ability to lift 25 lbs
● Ability to remain sitting for an extended period of time.
