Operations Accounting Manager

ITACONIX Corporation is seeking a skilled Operations Accounting Manager to efficiently handle purchase order management, accounts payable, payroll, and departmental budgeting tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with an MBA preferred, and must have relevant industry experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring financial efficiency, accurate inventory reporting, cost accounting, pricing guidance, and managing employee benefits. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. We value demonstrated leadership in operational and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

● Manage purchase orders to ensure efficient procurement processes.

● Handle accounts payable to maintain financial obligations and supplier

relationships.

● Administer payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee

compensation.

● Support department and project budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of

resources and financial efficiency.

● Ensure accurate reporting of inventory and deliver cost accounting support.

● Prepare pricing guidance and gross profit margin analysis for strategic

decision-making.

● Administer employee benefits.

Qualifications:

● A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.

● An MBA is preferable, adding value through advanced business acumen.

● Relevant work experience in company operations is essential to understand the

unique challenges and dynamics of the industry.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective team

collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

● Demonstrated ability to lead in developing department and project planning and

management, showcasing strategic and operational leadership skills.
