General Summary:
Selected candidate will be a member of a critical function within a command cyberteam supporting people, processes, and Operational Technologies (OT) [to include, but not limited to Industrial Control Systems, Facility Related Control Systems, Military Construction (MILCON), and other non-standard Information Technologies.] The selected candidate will be performing duties in direct support of project, program, and portfolio management including cyber assessment, inventory, project management/action officer, documentation, analysis, reporting, and developing recommendations. The selected candidate will be a member of a highly collaborative and fast-paced team that is intensely focused on OT.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
Assists in the development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certification and Accreditation documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems and provides oversight and guidance for multiple systems.
Supports the Cyber Security Program to include, but not limited to, Cyber Security policy, procedures, and regulations to assist with identifying potential Cyber Security issues.
Monitors, evaluates, and maintains systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks, and databases.
Implements, enforces, communicates, and develops security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and information systems' security education/ awareness programs.
Establishes and satisfies system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources.
Investigates current practices and leads brainstorming sessions to develop potential new and integration solutions for areas to improve current and OT implementations to business processes.
Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
Requires Task Management and system analysis/analytical and evaluative methods: including techniques concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations to include attention to detail; customer service; oral communication; and problem solving.
Develops and interprets policies in specific program areas, and provides leadership, coordination, and authoritative advice to top officials in the development of cooperative relationships, resulting in the formulation and execution of progressive and comprehensive programs that meet Army goals and objectives.
Tracks program requirements of major issues, includes program goals; objectives; work processes; and administrative operations of the organization using law regulations and policies through a project life cycle.
Provides operational support to Operational Technology (OT) projects and takes over some dedicated Project Management (PM) or Product Technical Management (PTM) tasks.
Coordinates and assists with project transition and phase-in tasks.
Develops project schedules to include milestones.

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 plus years of work related experience.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I certification required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance; US citizenship required.
- Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings.
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems, Facility Related Control Systems, Military Construction (MILCON), Weapon Systems, or other non-standard Information Technologies.
- Experience with project management/action officer activities.
- Knowledgeable or experience in system inventory processes.
- Experience with preparation of briefing/presentation materials.
- RMF experience inclusive of eMASS requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II certification.
- Current SECRET Security Clearance.
