One Source Freight Solutions is a professional 3PL company who is focused on logistics solutions and who are always looking for exceptional people with White Glove experience to join our fast-paced, challenging, team-oriented work environment.
The best candidate will have strong experience in both White Glove delivery service, P&D, reverse logistics and personal customer service, and a team first focus in addition to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prior experience with White Glove customer service which is the process of surpassing clients’ expectations by prioritizing their needs, genuinely caring about their success, personalizing their experiences and solve issues before they arise.
- Must have White Glove delivery experience.
- Delivery dispatch experience with local work.
- Business relationship management building a positive relationship with team members and/or customers to create a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Knowledge of reverse logistics operations
- Experience with packing instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and troubleshoot.
- Ability to resolve problems and issues with transportation, logistic systems or customer issues.
- Coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years Logistics experience
- Experience in White Glove delivery service and/or pick-up and delivery dispatching
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as freight rates, discounts, and other percentages.
Computer skills:
- TMS
- WMS (a plus but not required)
- Scanning/Asset Tracking (a plus but not required)
- Microsoft Office suite of products (Intermediate Excel a plus)
This position does require infrequent travel to trade shows along with customer, vendor, or jobsite visits.
