Operating Room RN/Circulator

• Must have an RN state license.
• Must have at least 1 year OR experience.
• Must have active BLS Certification.

• The salary for this position is $108,160 - $112,320 / yr.
• Benefits are competitive and negotiable.
• Sign-on bonus of $2,500.

• This is a Full-time position.
• Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Supplemental schedule: Overtime.
• Shift: Day shift.
• Physical setting: Outpatient Standard.
• Facility details: Our Surgery Center specializes in same-day outpatient surgeries. Our specialties include Orthopedics, Hand Surgery, Neurosurgery, Joint Replacement, ENT, General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Podiatry, and Pain Management. Our surgeons are here to meet the needs of both adult and pediatric members of our community.

• In this role, the successful candidate under the direction of the OR Charge RN, the DON, and the Administrator plans the delivery of safe, therapeutic, age-specific care. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes. Participates in unit/departmental/institutional performance improvement activities that impact patient and service outcomes.
• The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Spine, and General Surgery.
