QualificationsQualifications: Must meet minimum experience and education requirements specified by Northeast Iowa Community College and meet the credentialing requirements of the Northeast Iowa Community College Quality Faculty Plan
Experience: Must possess at least 3 years (6,000 hours) of recent and relevant work experience in Industrial Maintenance. Qualified candidates will have experience with Industrial Maintenance processes including: Hydraulics, Fabrication, Electrical, PLC's, Pneumatics, Mechanical and Rigging.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: Responsible for the development, coordination, and instruction of Industrial Maintenance as defined by NICC. Conduct and/or coordinate the training for all technical courses as outlined in the program's educational plan and be qualified to perform all instructional aspects required for the program. Evaluate and report student performance and progress in all assigned courses in accordance with NICC policies and procedures. Must possess the skills to establish workforce partnerships, analyze program training needs, identify workforce trends. Monitor program assessment in a manner consistent with NICC's AQIP (Academic Quality Improvement Program) strategies.

Familiarity with various testing meters and how they are used
Familiarity with Amatrol trainers desired.
