What You'll Be Doing
- Establish practical company standards: Create standards for online learning that align with corporate brand guidelines and are supported across our learning systems
- Develop role-based curriculum: Build plans, process flows, course outlines, training development, e-learning development, exercise guides, data sheets, assessments, videos, communications, training logistics, and learning evaluations
- Manage development projects: Oversee multiple training development projects simultaneously including needs assessments, KPIs, design and development, evaluations
- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders: Identify and engage stakeholders and SMEs to support content development. Identify and resolve barriers to on time completion
- Monitor and improve training: Ensure effectiveness of training and ROI, while leveraging micro-training, gamification, assessments, certifications, and other tools to support adoption and engagement
- Collaborate with internal team: Partner with other trainers and assist with other training initiatives

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!
- 5+ years Online Training development, preferably with SAP Wholesale and Finance or similar program implementations required
- Articulate, Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development tools required
- Expert training development, proof reading, facilitation, and presentation skills required
- Litmos, or similar enterprise Learning Management System (LMS); SCORM files required
- Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tool required
- SAP Wholesale and Finance applications (ideally MM, SD, MD, and FI) preferred
