Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain general knowledge of online programs and admissions requirements.
  • Attend meetings to stay updated on online policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards of PMI, including all federal and state laws and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare various reports and complete file submissions on a pre-defined schedule.
  • Update and maintain marketing/admissions materials.
  • Assist the admissions team with gathering required enrollment documents and scheduling admissions and financial aid follow-up appointments.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain the Admissions Representative's calendars. Assign reps to scheduled appointments and keep a balanced interview rotation count.
  • Coordinate required assessments and review results with Staff and Students.
  • Contact students with missing meet and greets, required documents, and Financial Aid appointments; overcome obstacles preventing scheduling or document submission.
  • Explain academic programs and answer application, enrollment, and course inquiries.
  • Advise students of the various programs and facilitate resolutions to problems on an ongoing basis.
  • Track and follow up with enrolled students, onground or online, with upcoming start dates to address any issues, concerns, or questions and guide the student to their Admissions Representative.
  • Guide partnership student applicants through the application and admissions process.
  • Log all activity notes in Campus Nexus and CReaM data management systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to Web/Email inquiries.
  • Assist with email, text, and general follow-up calls.
  • Must be able to travel to other campuses

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate Degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three (3) years of education sales/admissions/general office management experience preferred
  • Private, proprietary school experience preferred.
