Job Description
We are looking for an Online Store Direct Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess web/e-commerce and online sales Direct Marketing communication experience, user database analysis/segmentation/management capability, copywriting and creative writing skills together with experience in the musical instrument market.
Responsibilities:
- Produce written content for email campaigns, social media campaigns, in coordination with the rest of the marketing department
- Manage the company’s weekly mailings and mailing plans to our US and international customers
- Lay out our weekly newsletters
- Select the target group for the newsletters through user analysis and mailing performance
- Interface with graphic department to organize the newsletter and graphic material for the website
- Coordinate with the international team of Direct Marketing Specialists for the weekly mailing plan
- Improve the sales performances of the Online Store through the mailing activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role in advertising agency, music magazine or music industry
- Outstanding writing skills in English, with a great aptitude for detail, precision and creative style
- Professional knowledge and experience on the responsive web design with HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Good knowledge of DAW/recording and software production tools a plus
- Knowledge of music, recording equipment and software
- Good knowledge of DreamWeaver, Photoshop/ Pixelmator, Illustrator, InDesign
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Data reporting skills (Google DataStudio skills a plus)
