Our company is looking for an Online Sales Concierge with intermediate experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate to add to our nationwide team. In this position, you are responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout their home-building journey. Your role in this process is crucial, as you will act as a resource to educate customers and set essential expectations for a successful new home build. This hybrid position is located in Pittsburgh, PA near Robinson Township with the opportunity to work with various builder partners.

Pay Structure & Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $35,000 with an average earning potential of $70,000-$85,000.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work nights and weekend shifts when necessary. Operations are 7 days a week, 12 hours a day (schedule rotates).
  • Must have the ability to travel onsite when needed in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • A real estate license in PA is not required to apply, but will be required to obtain once employment begins.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for a prolonged period of time.
  • Must have a laptop and internet access.
  • CRM experience is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to easily adapt to quickly changing priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects will be needed in order to be successful in this role.
  • Possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to self-manage and problem solve.
  • Bilingual speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

    • An estimated 30 hours a week will be allocated for online work, while 10 hours per week will be onsite.
    • Capture and convert online customer traffic into prospects for our builder partners.
    • Schedule follow-up communication with prospects to ensure they have all of their questions answered.
    • Build rapport, educate, and guide the customer through New Home Star’s sales process with the goal of scheduling an appointment with the designated onsite agent.
    • Possess thorough knowledge of builder partner’s company, communities, floor plans, option pricing, and areas where homes are being built.
    • Management of the online prospect CRM system and online website to ensure the builder’s information is up to date.
    • Work alongside the marketing department to create marketing campaigns that keep online prospects engaged with the builder client.
    • Provide high-level customer service and communication through email, text, phone calls, live chat, etc.).
    • Attend weekly Online Sales meetings and virtual workshops to provide valuable feedback on the Online Sales process.
    • If dedicated to a specific builder, attend sales team meetings weekly and provide feedback to the Online Sales department.
    • Develop Online Sales strategies and best practices.
