The OU Gallogly College of Engineering seeks a Program Coordinator to support two Online Masters Programs: the MS in Sustainability: Energy and Materials Management, and the MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
The Program Coordinator will provide management and leadership of existing online graduate degree programs, as well as assistance in planning and development of new online graduate degree programs, potentially across the Gallogly College of Engineering.
The Program Coordinator will also assist in recruiting students, maintaining a successful online presence, developing, and executing an effective communication strategy, support hiring processes, budgeting, website modification, and collaborating with OU Online and our Departments to support graduate students during their journey at the University.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field, AND:
- 36 months in student programming, student services or closely related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 84 months experience.

- Valid driver's license will be required for travel in and out of state approximately 10% of the time

- Frequent exposure to pressure caused by deadlines and busy periods
Supervision: 2-3 Staff (student services) will be hired in the future student group
