RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with various aspects of the TEAMS program, which may include individual recruitment, training, and competition.
- Supports Academic Advising initiatives.
- Assists in monitoring and supporting students in academic progress.
- Assists as appropriate in planning and arranging team travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Understanding and demonstrated experience working with the area that aligns with the applicable TEAM
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with college students.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF LAW:
- This position requires a criminal background check, which may include a Level II screening as required by Florida Statute §435.04.
- This position is subject to federal and state privacy regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Work involves moderate exposure to outdoor elements which may include but not be limited to extreme temperatures, dirt, and dust.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: This position is part-time (OPS) hourly. The position is heavily scheduled on evenings and weekends, however, the actual part-time work schedule will be determined upon hire.
TARGET HIRING SALARY: $18.00/hr.
