JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Entertainment is looking for an Online Producer. The Online Producer will be responsible for managing online bays to facilitate the finishing and delivery of content for On-Air, Synergy Partners, Affiliates, Social, MultiPlatform, Content Partnerships, FOX-generated TuBi content, Upfront Presentations, and more.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Disseminate workload to editors on a daily or nightly basis
• Check the Daily Production document to confirm that the details for each promo are accurate; ie: ratings, backplate versions, Synergy tune-in, audio tag, etc.
• Communicate with the Graphics Department to ensure all elements required for finishing have been requested by the writer/producer and delivered or, if needed, request the elements needed for finishing based on the Daily Production/Titling sheet
• Communicate with the Writers/Producers when necessary-ie: to ensure that the offline edits are accurately referenced and to get after-hours approval for overnight deliveries, etc.
• Check online video against reference video for accuracy and send to audio
• Complete production and versioning once audio mix is complete and pushed online
• Check all versions and details of the spots online--slates, tags, ratings, etc.
• Communicate with Network Operations to ensure smooth file management and delivery as needed
• Once finished spots are delivered to MAM system (CatDV) via online editor--QC video/audio again to ensure transfer was completed without incident
• Add pertinent metadata to files in CatDV and push to FMC (FOX Media Cloud) for delivery downstream--to Network air, affiliates, synergy partners, cable buys, social hubs, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in television Post Production
• Strong post-production experience in a Broadcast, Studio, or Post House environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding Post Production and live TV Broadcast operation
• Able to work independently as well as with multiple teams, relate well to people, and know when to use diplomacy
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and high organizational skills are essential
• Available to work evening shifts from 6pm-2am

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Undergraduate degree in TV Production, Broadcasting, Communications, Engineering, or Business Administration

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $80,000.00-85,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
