We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Shopper. As a Personal Shopper, you will provide personalized assistance to customers in finding and purchasing the products they need. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

```Duties```
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate payment transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and discounts
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and manage customer orders
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
