Specialist to join our growing team! You will play a key role in developing effective and engaging learning materials and maintaining our learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, experience working in the education field, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
2. Instructional Design:
- Create and update online instructional materials.
- Implement strategies to engage adult learners.
- Ensure all materials meet accessibility standards.
3. Learning Management System (LMS):
- Upload, organize, and update learning content in the LMS.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
4. Virtual Training & Webinars:
- Provide technical support for virtual events.
- Assist with development and delivery of virtual events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
