Duties
- Develop and teach effective English lessons for students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Create enjoyable and interactive lesson plans to support student learning and development.
- Assess students' language abilities and provide feedback to monitor their progress.
- Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Conduct personalized 1:1 online sessions lasting 25, 15, and 7 minutes.
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience.
Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comprehensive understanding of second language acquisition theories and methods.
- Previous experience teaching students of diverse age groups.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Proficiency in creating lesson plans and designing curriculum.
- Knowledgeable about literacy education principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityREQUIRED.
- Must be a citizen of the US, Canada, or the UK. (Applications from other countries will not be considered.)
- Must have a landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable).
- English must be your FIRST Language.
- Working headset with a microphone (Earbuds are not acceptable).
- Passport or Driver's License for identification purposes.
- Clean and professional background and workspace setup.
- Display a professional demeanor and attire.
- Teaching experience, including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or related roles, is preferred but not required.
- Teaching certificates and ESL credentials are desired but not mandatory.
Work Hours:
- AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (17:00-21:00 PM EST) - Depending on availability
- PM Shift: 19:00-23:00 PM KST (05:00-09:00 AM EST) - Preferred and Priority
- *KST=Korean Standard Hours
- -Applicants must commit to working a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (M-F)
