Online Clothing Shop - Order Shipping + Fulfillment

Hours/Pay:

(3) 6 hour shifts (18 hrs per week) throughout the week working with our team until extremely fluent with our inventory, print/clothing names and packing/picking. Then opportunity to have flexible hours/days. Pay starts at $22.

Overview:
We are a young team of entrepreneurs seeking a part-time individual to join our order fulfillment team. Our shop is located in Hagerstown, Maryland. We sell ethically hand-made clothing both in our retail location, as well as online. (www.gardenbelleshop.com). We have a fun, inviting work environment balanced with a passion for working hard. Candidate must be extremely self-disciplined, willing to learn and excited to work in a fast paced environment.

Duties:
- Quickly become familiar and knowledgeable with our inventory and where its located throughout our shop

- Quickly become familiar with our clothing prints and their names

- Quickly become familiar and efficient with our 4 selling platforms (TikTok Shop, Etsy, Wix, Faire) and their processes for shipping

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. We expect 70-90 orders to be picked, wrapped, packed, labeled and shipped per 6 hour shift. If this is not possible, we will explore other candidates.
- Use our e-commerce platforms to fulfill orders and communicate with customers
- Assist with reporting low inventory including stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Working in the warehouse on putting away inventory from new shipments

- Work well with our team, willing to ask questions and work together

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Computer and technology savvy, willingness to learn and work quickly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
