POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the OnCore Assistant Manager, this position will be responsible for going on daily runs to pick up parts at various locations.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Safely operate Company vehicles and trailers to transport parts and materials to designated locations throughout the Permian Basin

• Travel to Hi-Crush facilities, manufacturers and shipping hubs to pick up and deliver parts and supplies

• Load and unload parts and materials from the trailer using a forklift or pallet jack

• Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery

• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries

• Perform routine vehicle and trailer inspections and maintenance checks

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road

• Communicate with staff and Foremen to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

• Work overtime as needed to maintain company business operations.

• Help in warehouse duties, prepare for parts inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation and warehouse.

• Assist Purchasing Manager when needed per their request.

• Performing general labor such as plant clean-up and Housekeeping.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

One-year work experience in Courier or parts running

Computer literate, with experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.

Experience & Skills:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a Class B CDL

• Must possess an excellent driving record

• Dependable/reliable, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work within deadlines and delivery timelines

• Good communication and phone skills with ability to interact and work well with team members and vendors

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Computer literate with some working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Other Requirements:

• Work in this position is performed in a plant, processing or trans loading environment and subject to mandatory, regular medical screening as outlined in the company safety programs that is position related and consistent with business necessity.

• Safety glasses, hard hat and steel toe boots must be worn at all times.

• May be called to work weekends as needed

• Required to regularly push and pull up to 75 pounds.

• Occasionally required to lift 50 pounds and to be able to lift and carry 45 pounds.

• The employee must be able to work around fumes, odors, chemicals and/or loud noises.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

• The employee may be required to operate a forklift with appropriate certification(s).
