Form of workAbility to speak 2 or more languages Onboarding will be required to complete all coursework and demonstrate learning form coursework. Will have a flex work week to support trainee needs. Establishes effective and professional working relationships Performs all other duties in support of the team and as assigned by leadership operator must complete onboarding on first day in new role/department Works will trainers/team members to complete qualification cards, 330/60/90- day reviews with feedback for corrective actions (working on tracker development and escalating through leads and human resources & finally ensure all training has been received and understood).
Participate in developing and rolling out best operating practices Operate equipment in a safe manner following safety standards, GMP guidelines, and sustaining 5s Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with safety training, policy & procedures, audits and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to safety coordinator/ supervisor/ management. Participation in level 1 & 2 meetings as assigned Involved in the KHMS process and be involved in the root cause analysis Ensure that detailed notes are taken on each trainee and proper feedback is given to leadership for better addressing employees concerns and gaps in training. #INDMFGH
