Job Description
The Onboarding and Implementation Specialist is tasked with supervising the systems and procedures for onboarding new agents, as well as aiding new associates in rebranding And Implementation efforts. Key responsibilities include organizing and disseminating invitations for events, and overseeing social media content for Company Updates, Kickoff, and Mid-Year events. Additionally, this role encompasses managing recognition and success programs for agents across various communication channels, maintaining documentation and reports for agent and company Errors & Omissions (E&O) claims, and administering the company's internal app and website. This includes ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of the company roster. The specialist is also responsible for training new hires in brand management, collaborating with senior leadership to support all areas, contributing as a collaborative team member, and aiding in developing and updating project plans to guarantee the successful execution of programs. A critical aspect of this position is evaluating the effectiveness of programs and systems, and making adjustments to foster growth.

Onboarding:
- Handle contracts and affiliations.
- Order promotional materials.
- Update the franchise roster and websites.
Event Management:
- Coordinate, track, and report on the distribution of invites for Company Updates, Kickoff, and Mid-Year events.
- Manage and maintain event-related content on social media platforms.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Manage recruitment lists by area and execute email, text, and written campaigns.
- Develop and track the success of recruitment messaging on social media to attract potential agents.
- Assist in creating and updating project plans for recruitment initiatives, tracking their success.
Agent Success and Recognition:
- Develop and oversee programs for agent success and recognition across various communication platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support and align with agent success strategies.
- Implement strategy for RE/MAX Annual and LifeTime Achievement Awards.
EO Claims Documentation:
- Manage documentation and reporting for agent and company Errors Omissions (EO) claims.
Intranet and Website Management:
- Maintain and update the company's intranet app and website with current and relevant information.
Company Roster Maintenance:
- Ensure the company roster is accurate and reflects current personnel and role changes.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Assist in creating project plans for various marketing and communication initiatives.
- Continuously follow and update project plans to ensure their timely and successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and brand promotion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Experience in event coordination and recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices is preferred.
