OnBase Consultant

The selected OnBase Consultant will be responsible for:

• Expansion of OnBase Document Composition Services to accommodate additional types of letters and documents and ensure seamless integration of new document templates into our existing OnBase System.
• Expansion of OnBase Reporting Dashboards for the purpose of generating additional reports. Our aim is to optimize and diversify our reporting functionalities to meet evolving data analysis needs of our customers.
• Automation of In-House Document Ingestion and OCR Process for seamlessly ingesting documents into OnBase and to enhance text recognition and search capabilities.
• Building other workflows as identified.
• Conducting regular assessments of our OnBase system to identify and implement optimizations.
• Providing troubleshooting and technical support for any issues that may arise.
• Implementing necessary updates, patches, and new releases.
• Offering guidance and best practices for maximizing the effectiveness of our OnBase implementation.
• Providing on-demand support for end-users and addressing any user-related issues.
• Work collaboratively with our teams to understand current business processes and integrate OnBase solutions seamlessly to improve workflow efficiency.
• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our staff to ensure they are proficient in utilizing OnBase features and functionalities.
• Advise on industry best practices related to document management and appellate courts electronic content management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Generate comprehensive documentation outlining system configurations, workflows, and any customizations made, and establish reporting mechanisms for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Providing ongoing support, updates, and recommendations to ensure the continued success of our OnBase implementation.
• Prospective consultants are invited to submit detailed proposals outlining their experience with OnBase, specific methodologies, proposed timelines, and cost structures.
