Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the site
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and provide guidance to site staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Workday, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Paychex, and other relevant software systems
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes
- Knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
