SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee our custodial staff and operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of cleaning experience and 3 years supervisory experience as well as experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members. The On-Site Supervisor should be trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW and should possess the necessary certifications to maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
•Supervise the custodial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
•Ensure that all custodial staff follow proper cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.
•Inspect work areas to ensure that they meet established cleanliness standards.
•Ensure that all custodial staff follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
•Maintain LEED and CEH certification standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Ensure compliance with REA certification standards.
•Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•At least 5 years of cleaning experience in janitorial or custodial services and 3 years supervisory experience
•Experience managing a team of 20-40 custodial staff members.
•Trained and certified in the operation of all custodial equipment in use under the SOW.
•OSHA certification.
•LEED certification.
•CEH certification.
•REA certification.
