Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations at the site
- Supervise a team of employees and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor performance and productivity of staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates and address any concerns
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Taleo, ADP, ATS, UltiPro, Lever, or other HR software systems
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and best practices
- Strong research and analytical skills
