Comfort Keepers is a wonderful locally-owned company and operated within the home care field seeking a self-disciplined person for the position of part-time On-Call Scheduler.
Are you looking for a job you can do remotely? This is a great opportunity to work from home. The position is remote requiring cellular service and internet. On-call is nights and weekends when the office is closed. (Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.) This job is 7 days on then 7 days off.
The On-Call Scheduler position is
· under the supervision of the Owner
· responsible for receiving phone calls and online inquiries outside of regular business hours
· finds replacement caregivers for call outs
· answers questions regarding client care
· communicates daily with administrative staff
· complete follow through in a timely manner
· complete daily work log
Requirements:
· Health care field experience
· Extremely self-motivated
· Outgoing, friendly, and patient
· Excited to help caregivers and the administrative staff deliver excellent in-home care
· Organized, impeccable follow-through, and detail-oriented
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Technology friendly (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc)

Part-time, from home position nights and weekends. Flat rate pay averages $250.00 per week depending on weekly client hours.
