On Call : Errand Runner

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Errands Runner as needed . As a Errand Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the go & can get the job done in a timely manner . Looking for someone and has strong social & time management skills.

Duties:
- Perform various errands such as property management , meet with vendors , car care , this would change daily as needed .
- Coordinate and assist with projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Provide support to main assistant with continuous updates as needed.
- Functional vehicle with current active license and insurance.
- Complete tasks efficiently & effectively
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Open to last minute errands : min of 2/3 hours of availability. Or as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills - access to cell phone & email
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assisting , errands runner etc.
