On Call Care Manager Remote Position

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to care inquiries, caregiver questions, and clock-in/out issues.
• Efficiently fill shifts for same-day/night/weekend caregiver callouts.
• Monitor WellSky dashboard and system emails to ensure caregiver clock-ins.
• Manage emergency situations with caregivers and clients, notifying supervisors when needed.
• Document activities in WellSky, use SLACK app for team communication, and send updates via email during evenings or weekends.

Training:

• Complete comprehensive orientation and hiring paperwork.
• Gain insight into Right at Home's mission through client and caregiver interactions.
• Training on the WellSky software system and Inside Sales Training.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 5 pm - 8 am
• Weekends (Friday 5 pm – Monday 8 am)
• Friday 5 pm – Saturday 8 am
• Saturday 8 am – Sunday 8 am
• Sunday 8 am – Monday 8 am

Note: On Call Care Manager may work occasional weekday daytime hours to support team members and participate in team meetings as needed.
Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Familiarity with home care operations and WellSky software is a plus.
