Please take note! On-Call Banquet Servers support the scheduling needs that our full and part-time servers cannot cover. There is no guarantee for work, however, On-Call servers are not obligated to take any shifts they do not want to. While it is mainly nights and weekends for available shifts, you can decide how much you want to work! Servers, as well as all Banquet and Event staff, participate in a very lucrative tip pool, and get to take advantage of hotel discounts worldwide. More information about what to expect will be provided through the job evaluation process!
