Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing management office administrative, project, and engagement support for Oliver Wyman's New York Office and for supporting and enhancing the delivery of core programs overseen in the region.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
NY Office Program Coordinator
- Serve as primary point of contact for all general inquiries directed to the NY Office Leaders, tracking open items, and resolving issues through coordination with other staff
- Manage NYO master calendar ensuring a robust calendar coordinating with Events, Practice Function, and ERG leads in support of broader Togetherness efforts
- Draft Office Leader communications to office or sub-groups within the office including internal Newsletter highlighting NYO events and personnel
- Keep a pulse on NYO environment, values, culture, and attitudes
- Proactively identify development areas and pain points for the smooth running of the NYO and take action to rectify accordingly
- Coordinate with Events, Human Capital and Office Services teams on NYO-wide events and operations e.g. Holiday Party, recruiting
- Prepare and help facilitate NYO stakeholder meetings
- Support NY Office Leads to update NYO's organization (committees, responsibilities, etc.)
- Support preparations for NYO Togetherness days including preparing presentations and supporting additional in-office sessions, including:
- Coordinate and finalize agendas and presentation deck working with various presenters to gather session slides and preparing 'local' office update slides
- Secure, prep and organize guest speakers and internal presenters
- Prepare and distribute in-office promotion posters and office-wide outreach materials to inform staff and generate excitement
- Work closely with Events team on logistics for offsite sessions and Office Services/IT for in office sessions
- Drive coordination and support for special in-office events for colleagues (e.g., OW Eats, periodic team lunches, guest speaker events, seasonal celebrations)
- Manage various ad hoc projects as assigned
Americas Region Support
- Togetherness Days (OW Day & Firm Fridays)
- Manage logistics from planning set-up through day-of execution including tracking program progress and communicating expectations and deadlines
- Prepare updates for internal communications including Leadership meetings and all staff updates
- Work with local office teams and relevant staff to support full slate of activities and content
- Support delivery of Region special projects as these arise
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of professional work experience in an administrative or project management role (preferably in professional services)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Office)
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Qualtrics and Tableau software is desirable

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $105,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
