Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process transfer orders for Amazon Inventory.
- Point of contact for warehouse and operations team communications.
- Order and RA entry for account reconciliation.
- Manage new product set up process for delivering content and assets to accounts and Amazon agency partner.
- Maintain image asset library with the help of our marketing department.
- Site audits to execute website improvements to listings on Amazon and Drop Ship accounts.
- Bulk management and revisions.
- Digital set up sheets for key accounts.
- Maintain the Go-Forward-List for the Amazon Business.
- Detailed Site checks monthly for all accounts and marketplaces.
- Assortment Database management.
- Attend weekly meetings with agency partner.
- Calendar management for cross functional projects.
- General Online business maintenance including feed checks and listing quality monitoring.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1-2 years of office and or sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team player, can do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Full Circle experience a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Location & Office Structure: This is a hybrid position, in-office up to 4 days per week and 1 day work from home; subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour; hourly rate is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
