Job Description:
Provides support to Oil and Gas Property Manager for comprehensive management of oil, gas and mineral assets held in trust, estate, agency accounts. Primary duties include the daily research and adjustment inquiries related to oil and gas revenue to ensure timely receipt/processing of income; determine accounting entries and makes appropriate disposition, and answering inquiries received from various channels. Also involved in the tracking of leasing activities and ensuring timely processing of pooling orders.
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Oil and gas experience relating to revenue, well or interest calculation or base lease knowledge preferred.
- 1+ year of oil and gas experience preferred
