SalaryResponsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fast-paced title & acquisition projects ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Act as point of contact with the client, working to ensure clear understanding of client needs and ensuring expectations are met
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals
- Serve as the last set of eyes before work product goes to the client
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience managing complex title and leasing projects with a clear understanding of the regulations and intricacies involved
- Deep subject matter expertise and ability to QC all documents and reports
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion on-time and within budget
- RPL, CPL or JD Preferred
- AAPL membership required
- Proficient in project/land management software and tools
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at fast-paced environments and quick decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Position is remote, but need to be available between business hours of 8am & 5pm CST
